When I saw "innovative" in the subject title, I wondered if that was code for "butt ugly"?

I guess beauty is in the eye of the PC chassis owner, but my opinion is, firmly, yup.

Yes must admit I am not exactly overwhelmed by those cases, and that S-frame, the pricing seems a little pricey.

Going to nip out to B&Q and buy some aluminium and a vice to see if I can bend it enough times to replicate it

I do like the D frame but they're pricey - as are pretty much all open air chassis on the market. I ended up with a Lian Li T60 where it was pretty much the cheapest available open air around. Not very good though...

Although as a case it's better than the tweaktown synopsis of the case. Did he get paid for this?

Seriously now, as I've had a chance to have a think about things, "open air cases" why? If you're test-bedding the get a cheap test bed frame...or sit it on a desk / floor / mother-in-law...what difference does it make? In fact I'm not going to bother buying a new case...I shall get some shelves from Home base and stick everything on there...$799...holy good gravy!!
