They've jammed a 760 in to that? The flurry of mini pcs has started! Laptop systems with desktop GPUs makes good sense to me.
i7 jump probably more of a benefit than on the desktop parts due to the extra physical cores.

Presuably Gigabyte needed a mobile chip to solder on to a microPC motherboard, but if they'd just made the board big enough to take a socket they could've used the faster desktop i5 4570T, which also has the benefit of a lower TDP (35W v 47W). Plus it's got a bigger number, so it must be better, amiright? ;) All round odd decision, IMNSHO...

It's all very nice... but I still prefer a whacking great full-size PC case with bags of room for extra stuff, custom bits and loads of personal mods.
I'd swap to a 900D right now if I had the money!!
Those two fans sure look like decent noise generators.
People keep bringing out more and more interesting VESA-mountable mini PCs, but has anyone thought about the fact that it is IMPOSSIBLE to find a decent monitor with VESA mounts these days? Obviously they are have VESA mounting points, but the monitor arm invariably screws into them, which means you can't actually use them.
Why is no-one addressing this problem????
