    I would have thought any good method would have been worth a hell of a lot more than £100k.

    This will probably just be some corperatised decloaking involving javascript.

    There's some interesting chatter on the FullDisclosure mailing list at present around the funding of the development of TOR - I'm happy that at least some of it is tin-foil-hattery, but it's interesting reading nontheless.

    I'd be more inclined to sell to the NSA. I'm sure they can rustle up a lot more than 3.9 million monopoly notes.
