"operating expenses" i.e. R&D, so it's not as excessive as it seems I think.

nVidia were not looking very rosy at all last year with a doom and gloom outlook. CEO has obviously pulled his socks up.

That looks to be only on the Tegra cards, I doubt they make as much as that off the GTX line
