Windows 8's "high entropy Address Space Layout Randomisation". Well it's about time! More applications should use this popular and well-known um.. thing...

Windows 8's "high entropy Address Space Layout Randomisation"
Long way of saying "skynet"
Facebook can still bring chrome down onto it's knees.
In fact it just crashed on me when it got near to 4GB of ram usage.
One day they'll code that site efficiently until then it'll bring every browser going to it's knees.
it's like chrome wants us to run 5 browser games at once to use up 4gb of ram
Yet curiously, when looking at custom builds of popular browsers, several can be seen having baked in support for such security features.
However, will 64bits Chrome builds be able to cope with dozens or even hundreds of open tabs? Only time will tell.
Ha Ha theres a lesson there somewhere.. DON'T USE FACEBOOK lol Seriously though ive very surprised how high IE is but I guess most people never get around to installing an alternative browser... Im a previous Firefox user who has now converted to chrome as it syncs effortlessly across all my devices including the mac, android, ios etc etc. Never had a problem with the performance.
I'm surprised at how high IE still is! I guess the Windows stronghold on office workstations is helping there though.
