Tiny little enter button, no pgup/dn = fail.
Re: News - Massdrop 'community designed' Infinity Keyboard now on sale
Surely the enter button is due to it being based on a 104/ANSI key layout?
Its 105/ISO keyboards that have the layout we use in the UK and Europe with the chunky enter.
Either way i don't think i will be jumping on the bandwagon, don't see the appeal at all. Im very settled with the boards I have. Funnily enough, one of them has the Matias Alps switches :) They are very nice for typing.
The ergonomics of ten-keyless layout is VERY good for gaming though, i have found this out from experience with my Quickfire TK.

Alps & Cherry don't have the same keycap stems, do they?
Re: News - Massdrop 'community designed' Infinity Keyboard now on sale
Nope, cherry is the cross and Alps is like a rectangle. Could perhaps have a hybrid like there is on some of the Topre boards.

A piece of bent metal, circuit board, a bunch of switches and blank keycaps... yet it STILL costs as much as a full sized backlit mechanical keyboard with a warranty.
If it was actually a good deal then I would buy one, but given you're getting far less functionality than you would with a premade keyboard, it's a no for me. Having said that, perhaps compared to other 60% keyboards this one is better, but the ducky 60% board looks better to me
