I have an S5 and it does have smart scroll.
What we're all wondering is how fast can this track eye movements? Could it be used in addition to mouse and keyboard (heck, even a controller if you must) to aim very rapidly and accurately in games? :)
While clever there's already lots of software available for this application, including eye-tracking.
What might be interesting however is the notion that Samsung would donate this - including making the software open source - given that the existing solutions are hugely expensive, costing hundreds or thousands of pounds at a time.
