Will these be as crap as Maxbron on ripple suppression? If so, why do they even bother?

'virtually silent' at up to0 per cent PSU load.
Is it any louder once you plug it in?

Re: Enermax launches quieter long running MAXPRO power supplies

I have a Enermax Revolution 87+ 1200W running in my gaming system (2x R9 290x video card fans plus case fans plus water cooling is 14 fans) has never missed a beat. Also run it off a old ex office Cyberpower PP2200SW UPS.
Never heard a peep out of the PSU - Ha Ha - silly statement because it is hard to pick out just the PSU when gaming and the system is under load.
I know that these PSU's are not in the same class, but if they perform as reliable as mine, they should be OK.

I feel for Hexus - that's an unusually poor press release to have to translate. Trying to make sense of it, this looks like a budget range of PSUs, hope they don't damage Enermax's good reputation.

Re: Enermax launches quieter long running MAXPRO power supplies

I thought Enermax pulled out of the PSU manufacturing business?

    Are these just rebadges?

Correct, Enermax have been using CWT for their budget units for quite a few years now. Now they also use them for their higher end units.
