The device sports a touch screen – how useful that is in ChromeOS, I don't really know.
Depends how many companies start focussing on touch-friendly web apps, I guess? I know MS are starting to look that way with their Office 365 designs, although how well it'll work with a clamshell/flip device is still questionable...

Touch might be very handy for running Android apps.
