SLI bridges look nice.
I'm guessing they are unlikely to work with non-EVGA cards, though, right...?
I imagine they will just without the lighting effect. Isn't it nvidia that defines the spec of the bridges.
I just threw a Supernova 750w in the bin after it went faulty. I know it was made by superflower but after 6 months it started to squeal and made a click noise like a faulty capacitor and then it proceeded to melt the power lead. The reason I threw it was because EVGA support in the UK is rubbish, having to ship to Germany for testing is ridiculous, it would have cost half the amount of the psu. I'll not be buying EVGA again.
If it was only 6 months old then you should have done the rma through the retailer you bought it from. EVGA has one of the best customer service going. There are hardly any manufacturers with UK support these days.
I bought it through amazon who said I would have to do the RMA through EVGA, EVGA were a pain in the ass, I had about 10 emails back and forth, 3 of those emails were just to get a return address, its like they didn't want to say I'd have to ship it back to Germany, Go try to find EVGA's RMA address. I initially asked for a cross ship RMA but they wouldn't take my card details which I was willing to give them, they then said it would have to be standard RMA. One week on and with a splitting headache I decided enough was enough and binned it, Lesson learned. I bought a replacement and haven't looked back.Quote:

Amazon is the one in the wrong here. They should have taken it back and sent you a replacement. They are usually very good with faulty goods and usually give a shipping label so you don't have to pay for a return to them.
For people who don't know, the GS line is by Seasonic. May possibly be an old XM3 platform or a new G platform, like Antec's EDGE series.
