It's hardly a game changing slip. And I don't believe that the 380 will be comparable to the 980. I just think that may indicate a longer wait for the 390/x so it will only ship with the available cards, due to known production issues with the HBM. Also, when I say 380/x we should really just be saying 290/x. I'd be gob smacked if they were full on new chips, I really would be. Hopefully they've at least tried to bake in some power efficiencies...
