    Dear Coldplay,

In your MOR dirge, 'Yellow', you sing 'Look at the Sky'. Please cease and desist, and give us all the royalties.

What makes this hilarious is that Skype is an actual European invention/product that happened to be purchased by Microsoft. Amazing the EU didn't have their knickers in a wad at that point.

How does Jelly Worms look like a cloud with text inside it. That judge need to visit the optician because the only way those to logos look the same is if you are blind and reading it in Braille.

So Murdochs argument is that his customers are too stupid to tell the difference, this could actually be true as he has spent decades trying to dumb down the public.

what about the Isle of Skye? Do they have to rename themselves? What about telephone providers marketing to the people of Skye?

this could be the end of Skye's sheepskin business: https://www.skyeskyns.co.uk/
Skye's communication instrument maker: http://www.skyeinstruments.com/category/products/ Note the product SkyeLynxComms....
Not to mention their soap company https://www.skye-soap.co.uk/shop/

I could go on, Skye seems to make and sell quite a lot...

And Kaspersky are safe. This judgement is about Sky and Skype being too clise for trademarks, not about Sky and anything else.

I hate to ruin a good rant, but it's getting quite a long way ahead of itself.

I can understand the judgement that the lesser known Skydrive ( name is a drive stored in the cloud/sky) and that the name could, by less tech literate people, be assumed to be something to do with Sky, ie a Sky's online storage drive, however Skype is a significantly different thing, as it is popular and well known, and even Granma's will know that it has nothing to do with Sky TV, other than it begins with the same 3 letters and especially since it will ask for a Microsoft account when you sign in. This is totally bogus judgement.

I vote the rest of the world deports the 5.5 million uk people living abroad so all the curtain twitchers now can complain about the new British immigrants taking their jobs. But funny how they educated themselves and moved to where the work is - I suppose where there is a will there is a way right?

We don't need the EU to make dumb decisions - got plenty of those idiots locally - anyone for £4 billion wasted on the Nimrod MRA4 or the billions on the second aircraft carrier, which we can't afford the aircraft with?

Or the light touch regulation of the banking system by governments.

    Nah,let's blame other countries....

Its the problem in this country - we are living in denial that too much of our problems are internal, but its a bitter pill to swallow.
