Re: Nintendo president Satoru Iwata has passed away

My thoughts go to his family and associates. Refreshing to see a CEO that's clawed his way up from the shopfloor rather than some marketing-speak-filled MBA parachuted in from uni, or poached from another company. So his loss is greater.

Just wished Nintendo did their games for tablets...

Career status: still enjoying my new career in DevOps, but it's keeping me busy...

Well one of the last things he did was start Nintendo down the mobile games path. Its not too much of a leap to think they'd look at tablets too.

Truly a huge loss. I've had Nintendo with me since the age of 5, which seems to make this hit home a little harder than the usual on the death of someone important.
