Rain prediction with 41 per cent accuracy
The persistence method reaches almost double that and doesn't require any work, let alone wiring up rat brains....

Re: Organic computing device created using four rat brains

    Saitek Cyborg RAT-4, I assume...?

So they basically stuck some wires into some animals' brains to see if they could be networked?

Can they not at least do this with volunteer humans?
There are plenty of students and penniless candidates, who can give far more complex and comprehensive feedback than rats... and since you just KNOW this is where we're headed anyway, why not cut to the chase and leave animals out of it?

Did anyone else's rat-memed brain misread that as "cut to the cheese"? ;o)

Its amaizing but they are just rats, and it isn't really that much of a calculation.
