Pluto comparison? Seriously, what are MSI's marketing department smoking at the moment? I urge anyone to YouTube "there is a gamer in everyone" - it's three minutes of your life that you'll never get back, but you'll be glad to have been a part of the experience.

Re: MSI ships its Gaming Laptops with Windows 10 installed

    ...

A new era of Windows starts today. .....," said Terry Myerson, executive vice president, Windows and Devices Group, at Microsoft.

    ...
It certainly does. Apparently, it's one where MS believes "all your privacy R belong to us".

Can I upgrade these laptops to Win7?

    And yes, that's rhetorical.

Windows 10 ISO files can be downloaded via this link. Especially useful if you have several computers.

Re: MSI ships its Gaming Laptops with Windows 10 installed

I have received the notification for an upgrade but I'm going to wait until the new year to consider it on a non VM basis. They seem to be combining MacOS and google into one flowery bundle. An OS that remains on the same major version for 10 years yet at the same time invading our privacy and taking away control.

i know you appear to be very anti win10 but there is a brilliant post on reddit on how to pretty much disable all the tracking/disable IPs used for marketing etc, if that gives you some solace in the product..
