I'm interested! Always wanted an ultra portable device that can play games. Only thing missing is the ability to use Windows. Maybe it can? I've looked at the possible CPUs it could be and the graphics benchmarks look quite promising. More than enough to play most games.

Can't see why not, they will be running Steam.

I am wondering if those SoCs are going to be usable in current AM1 boards.........

sounds tasty XD though i hope they release a barebones variant, you know, one that just supports streaming to so that it is just essentially a portable 720p screen+pad just like a WiiU controller for pc :3

You can get the Linx 7 for as low as £60. It's a pretty great device for the price. I have one

I am using an Onda v820w which is dual boot (windows and android), as Wozza365 mentioned you can get the linx 7 cheap which is very similar but windows only (fine for steam of course).

As someone mentioned the Wii U I wonder if Valve will mod some titles (as they have for VR) so that this can be used as a controller and mini-screen (for maps, ancillary commands etc)?
