I have the V1 Grid+. It's a pretty decent fire and forget controller. Set up your fan curves and forget about it.
The CAM software seems to update fairly often, ironing out any little annoyances.

On my case the space behind my motherboard is where I install my HDDs and SSD, but yes you're right, it could help reduce the clutter by having fewer cables attaching directly to the mobo. I guess my post was more of a knee jerk reaction.Quote:

Depending on your motherboard, you should have plenty of fan headers, so it won't hinder your build. You can easily fit one afterwards, if you find your current setup lacking in any way.Quote:
