    Why bother? Those fans are silent below 50% anyway.

    Can I have one for testing pretty please. My Arctic Cooler 7 Pro has given me stellar service since my H55 board, then my P68 with 2600K, Z68, Z77 with 3770K and now on my H97 with a 4670. Hats off to Arctic, they always produce top end air coolers. Now how about a test unit

    Does the CO version fan continuously spin even under light load?
