Your computer may or may not have experienced an error. Send error report, don't send error report, or let error report exist in all states at once until windows decides for you?

Is there a footnote saying it would be 5 years but without sufficient competition certain manufacturers can't be bothered to increment performance too quickly?

Trust me, there is enough investment from organisations that would pay almost anything for the ability to crack "uncrackable" encryption.

This is as much about consumer grade as the first Cray systems.

Re: Microsoft expects quantum computer to be built within 10 yrs

I'm confused - article mentions "in the future", but even references D-Wave's current "quantum computer" ?

I guess they mean a completely quantum general purpose computer

I think it's more to the fact that there is heavy speculation and controversy about whether D-Waves Quantum computer is actually Quantum or just mimicking Quantum nature.
