Somehow I immediately misread this as Radiation King. Fallout 3 did some damage after all then... ;)

Maybe I'm being unfair to King, but their entire product line seems to consist of graphically-updated versions of other people's games, specifically Bejewelled and Puzzle Bobble/Bust-a-move.
In which case Activision management haven't exactly grabbed a valuable asset. Although I've studiously avoided anything from King due to their outrageously heavy handed legal approach.

Much like when MS purchased Mojang, Activision have mostly paid for users, not assets.
