(Sorry Nvidia that Sony/Apple/Samsung/Microsoft have left you). Some Tesla fans are saying "unlike Audi self-driving car that uses the nvidia AI processor that relies only on camera to process the visual world , the Tesla Model-S uses all-in-one unit that process the visual, sonar, infrared and GPS to control the car" but this year Nvidia have moved a step ahead to introduce ARM cores which will process the sonar signals etc..... anyway I want AMD to enter the market too with their ZEN cores.

I think my take home from this is that someone needs to tell a certain CEO that at a certain age you need to lose the leather jacket as it really doesn't look good.
Oh, and congrats to Nvidia on having some working 16nm silicon.
Otherwise, feels rather detail starved here. The board has a pair of APUs, on each there is a 4 core A57 and a dual core Denver. Is that a big.little setup, or what? If it is, does that imply Denver can now do two threads per core so it can take the work migrated from the quad A57?
since when does an A57 beat an i7 Quad core with HT running at 3.0GHz, the nvidia CEO needs to put his facts on the table, all those 150 macbook pros have GPU's that are capable of nearing 1 Teraflops SP. Lets remember those cheap bitcoin mining ASIC that can mine x100 more than a 980Ti but yet it cannot (will never) defeat the GTX in certain (many) tasks like rendering. What the Nvidia CEO is doing is to compare a saloon car to a tractor, the car can reach 100mph but the tractor cannot, the tractor can pull 15 tones the car cannot.
The quad core A57 is probably the slow cluster, the pair of Denver cores are a bit of an unknown quantity though. If all 6 ARM cores can run at the same time, then an i7 seems fair game.
What is that age?
Does this rule apply to everyone... or just those of you who *don't* have the biker boots, helmet and stupidly-fast motorcycle to go with the jacket?

I am most likely to be forever driving old cars, for reasons monetary and fashionary (80s cars FTW), but that's no good if I am refused insurance because this can't be plugged into 'em...

Given the reputation Volvo drivers have historically had for pulling out in front of bikers and then saying "sorry mate I didn't see you" (was it Ogri cartoons used to have a "Mr Sips" character driving a rather squared off estate car?) I would imagine making that almost impossible to happen would be a good thing for everyone including the image of Volvo.
