They are more likely to be concerned about Qualcomm and Rockchip and Nvidia CPUs than anything from AMD atm. All that money they poured into giving away Atom chips doesn't seem to have stuck, designs are slipping back to ARM.

Kevin Cassidy, an analyst with Stifel Nicolaus and Co Inc, told Reuters that he thinks many companies have put a hold on investing in new or expanding data centre equipment "as they know they are eventually going to convert to the cloud."

The "cloud" doesn't run on air though......so if people are holding off "for now" that means there will be a surge when they make a decision...regardless of whether that surge comes from individual businesses or from cloud service providers, it's server sales either way.

You forget that just last month INTEL bought out a rather high-end ARM based company. cant recall the name but it should be obvious why they did that.
