Looking at those specs. it is going to just be like Rainbow Six Siege; look average at best and run abysmally.

Re: Tom Clancy's The Division: PC recommended specs leak

Siege ran perfectly for me. The game itself though was poor after ~ 3 hours of gameplay.
    Hopefully this will be better.

It is noted that the minimums don't really set the bar very high
well. as someone whose computer is below the minimum for running Witcher 3, yet is currently playing it in a mix of high/ultra settings. where do they get these minimum settings from?
what level of performance is it these are aimed at?

I had to laugh at the usual "Super mugs edition" from UBI.

Maybe in a years time it will be playable without infuriating bugs.....until then....

Re: Tom Clancy's The Division: PC recommended specs leak

If it needs 2GB of VRAM minimum, then the 64 bit requirement is hardly surprising. That would leave you with 1.5GB of ram max to run the game in?

Re: Tom Clancy's The Division: PC recommended specs leak

Using a quad core, equivalent of an I3, 8GB ram and Ge-force DTX 650 graphics 2GB, if you ask me, that is very much quite steep of min specs in order to be able to even play this game. like WTF Ubisoft!

Re: Tom Clancy's The Division: PC recommended specs leak

Rock Paper Shotgun has an interesting interview with Massive, the developers of The Division on PC. RPS started by saying "It’s unusual to see such a marked difference between PC and console at a preview event, but the version that we four PC-dedicated journalists played was splendid." Massive said a great version of The Division on PC was "a matter of pride". There's support for multi-GPU, multi-screen, multi-resolution, unlocked frame rate and HBAO+ on PC.
