Re: AMD and Nvidia deliver driver hotfixes

I saw this bug in the taskbar, I thought it was odd thought it might of been to do with Win 10.

A small bug that causes no problems for the user, way to go indeed.

Re: AMD and Nvidia deliver driver hotfixes

It must only affect certain GPU's? No option to eject/safely remove GPU's on any of my systems (with the 361.75 driver). Saying that, I did notice that my SLI reverted back to single GPU mode after that update?

I've got 'eject 750ti' showing. and it does actually eject it. screen goes black for a second, then automatically reconnects.

SLI is always disabled after installing a new driver. It has been this way for as long as I can remember.

Brought back memories of my Iomega Zip drive spitting the disks a few feet when ejected. Wouldn't want my GPU doing the same!

Haha yeah, I ejected my 970 out of curiosity and instantly regretted it when the screen went blank. Not sure what else I was expecting tbh - maybe for the card to be pooped out of the front like a disk.

Re: AMD and Nvidia deliver driver hotfixes

the eject bug is likely down to nvidia doing thunderbolt external gpu support in beta iirc. As said it's not exactly a big issue.

And I remember the days of the zip drive trying to send the disk into orbit lol
