The main advantage of the new Miix is the 1920x1080 screen, over the old one's 1280x800 screen - although the aspect ratio is 16:9 now, and on a 10" screen it's not something you are going to lose sleep over in laptop operation.

Cherry Trail gives better graphics than Bay Trail, but you're not going to be hardcore gaming on this anyway.

So, £130 for the Miix 300 with 10" HD IPS screen, or ~£250 for the Miix 310 with FHD IPS screen.
