Looks like a corsair fan stuck to a thermalright heatsink and the badges changed :-/

About time CPU/GPU coolers took a leap forward in in innovation. Not much has changed in 10+ years.

So if the cable gets stuck in the fan blades, it will make less noise than competing products?
