32gb on my HTC One M7.

I've never felt I don't have enough space, which is why I always go for minimum storage, regardless of microSD support. Though I think I will never have a 16gb device.

Phone storage density is rather stagnant but i don't find myself running out of space even though my phone carries a portion of my music collection. With streaming of all media becoming easier, with wifi most everywhere and faster mobile data speeds using Netflix,Sky GO etc or pulling media from my NAS is more efficient than storing that data locally.
Unless your a content creator or just have an obsession for taking hours videos of your cat in 4K on your phone most storage solutions of 32GB/64GB seem just fine. Seems as though SD card expansion is more niche now.

64GB and it's full of music from Spotify and Tidal. I use Tidal for soundtrack music and classical, as I find most of the top 40 stuff I listen to doesn't offer such a difference in FLAC due to the amount of compression applied anyway.

Haven't really needed the extra storage on the Note 3 but slotted it in because it was there and its good to have the card dedicated to camera snaps/videos with the messy Android files/folders system.

I have 16GBs on my nexus 4 and it is not enough. The next phone will either have 64 or the ability to expand

16GB internal + 64GB Microsd.

I store most my media on the microsd, but had I been able to find it I would have bought the 32GB+3GB RAM LG G3 as opposed to the 16/2, I don't have particularly that many apps on my phone, but I find that even lollipop aware apps are stubborn when it comes to storing their data on microsd, and a lot of apps that used to allow you to save to microsd, rather than adopting the new permission standard simply dropped the option entirely, so my internal storage is often pretty close to full.

I've considered using the marshmallow feature to treat the microsd as internal storage, but last I heard doing so actually "ignores" the existing 16gb. App files will still install to it, but it is "invisible" for you to access and store data on manually.

So yeah, I'll probably try and get 32gb on my next phone. I would love to get an S7 or something, that has good specs, 32gb and microsd support, but realistically I'm never going to spend that much on a phone, when the price drops in a few years perhaps, but the S6 is still actually holding a pretty high value too.
