    Styling aside thats a nice idea, essentially an open dock for your thunderbolt laptop.

    The docks have been pretty expensive so far, hopefully this one reaches a lower price point or someone starts doing external GPU's in complete packages with no need for a dock which should be cheaper in theory than dock + internal GPU.

    Why do they keep trying to over-engineer these things? Just give us a box slightly bigger than the graphics card and a PSU.
