Looks alright, just need to remember to make everything 50% less good in your mind and you'll know what it'll be like at retail

Did this game need a sequel?

Very true - the first game turned out to be a pretty poor GTA clone with "Hacking" (a term used *very* loosely) thrown in. It wasn't good.

Still they sold a load due to the hype - I doubt many people will make the same mistake again.

Re: Watch Dogs 2 revealed, releases in mid-November

Played the first one, did a couple of missions, spent a little time just bimbling about and doing the little random encounters. Went off for more story, did this one atop a building and suddenly the game was completed... All pretty "Meh", really.

The scenery was kinda nice, but nothing special on a 1080p monitor. Character animation was jerky and everyone pretty much wobbled along. The Division is better, but again pointless for lower class 1080 gamers like me.

Game mechanics were stupid - "Hacking" was basically standing in range of something and pressing a button.

Re: Watch Dogs 2 revealed, releases in mid-November

The release date could be problematic - it'll be going up against Battlefield 1 and Call of Duty Infinite. No wait, only BF1 will be a problem!

The protagonist is a black guy and no longer Aiden.
His dress-up is not as cool as Aiden's.
    Game looks like GTA

No thanks, will save my money and time.

    What's wrong with being black?

Your idea of cool dress is to look like a kiddie-fiddler???!!!!
    Or an extra from Virus/Outbreak?
