Hope we see this in future reviews, though I feel sorry for Hexus and reviewers who have to faff about with cases rather than open test beds now in order to be realistic! You have my gratitude!

    98.4% Stability

    i7 4790k @ stock
    Sapphire R9 380 Nitro 4Gb
    8Gb DDR 3

GPU maxxed out at 80 degrees but remained stable, the R9 380 though can run hot as it is essentially previous gen clocked to the max.

Re: 3DMark's Stress Test with a difference

86.4% but with crossfire open cooler overclocked 290x's its the only way it could go.

If anything its higher average is only about 40 seconds at the start and then its stable.

    I am happy with that.

94.8%, the same over a couple of runs. The FPS graphs looks fairly consistent throughout though.

Steam summer sale allegedly starts next Thursday (23rd). 3DMark has dropped to £3.79 in the past according to steamdb.info.
Just something to keep in mind!

Re: 3DMark's Stress Test with a difference

The folks over at Futuremark have come through with a few complimentary licenses.

Please PM me if you want a free Steam code. First come, first served. All I ask is that you run the stress-test benchmark and report back your findings.

Re: 3DMark's Stress Test with a difference

I bought a big industrial floor fan last weekend (sort of by mistake, wasn't expecting it to be so loud in my office..). Been pointing it at my pc/rads so might be able to get a better OC/"stability", hopefully there's some codes left

    Corsair 350D case with 4770k @4.1Ghz, MSI R9 290 with a slight OC (997Mhz) and a small under volt (-44mV). 98.1% Pass.
