Last I bought a card I had this included in a sheet explaining it all with pics etc on how to enable all modes.
Exactly, so they should ship in the same (blend) mode to reviewers and retailers. You would expect reviewers to be able to follow instructions and enable OC modes for testing should they wish.

Perhaps the post you're thinking of was in a different thread (although this post appears to be your first on Hexus for around 4 months, so that seems unlikely)? We rarely delete posts on Hexus, only with good reason, and - unless the content was particularly offensive or unnecessary - also rarely without warning, or at least trying to engage with the user and persuade them to change the tone and nature of their discourse.

The one occasion on which we might delete posts quietly is if we spot posting patterns that suggest someone is only posting to try reach the 20 posts required for the free shipping offer at Scan. Having review your posting pattern here, that seems unlikely to have happened. Perhaps you just didn't finish posting? I know I've done that a few times!
A little old so I quoted you. Thanks for the reply. I seem to have problems getting them through depending on the way I've chosen to reply. IE, posting on the main article (comments) doesn't seem to take. I have to come to the forum it seems. Even then issues (hence I posted I thought it was deleted the first time). I hit post quick reply, it seems to work, refresh the thread and nothing is there. Not sure what is going on, but I gave up for a while more than once which is why you see me for months not posting. No point in typing stuff if it won't hit page at all Not sure yet what actually gets them to go through, now that I know you guys are not deleting (seemingly very ok posts IMHO anyway, didn't think deleting really), I'll have to try to figure this out when I get time.

Love most of the site's work (I still read here a lot I hit here daily for news) just don't seem to be able to do much in the comments section or forums.
