I miss the old flash sales.

I'm old.
I no longer have time to play enough games, let alone trawl 12,800 titles looking for a few quid off something! :D

I look at my Wishlist and see if there's anything approaching 50% off the expensive ones, but that's about it.

Dissapointing sale this year.. the only thing worth getting is doom 40% off.

The steam hardware is included in the sale too

Picked up a few games to keep me entertained over the summer when there is nothing worth watching on TV.

I like to stock up on a few months of games from the previous few years - keeps buying games cheap!

Most expensive game I bought this time round was Farcry 4 at £12.50. Not sure if it's worth that, it's Farcry 3 with a new map and story. That said, I really enjoyed Farcry 3 so hopefully I'll enjoy it either way.

I also picked up a Steam Link (slightly more expensive than advertised, due to shipping). I use my laptop connected to the TV currently, but the wifi drivers are iffy with Windows 10 and often becomes unplayable. I figured the Steam Link isn't going to get any cheaper with the value of the pound taking an epic nose-dive.

I thought Dying Light: The following enchanced edition was pretty good, 50% off for 24.99 :) but you're right somehow this year the games aren't reduced as much for some reason :(
