When will TFT-LCD panel prices bottom out?

Digi Times have an article about market research that suggests TFT panel prices are hitting their lowest.

Very interesting. And perhaps a timely warning to buy now while the buying's good.
But it also suggests that "panel prices are likely to keep dropping because panel makers are ramping up capacity".
The prediction about prices levelling out sounds about as trustworthy as estate agents promising that house prices will stay high. They have a vested interest, and make predictions that match their desires in the hope of making them happen.
