I wish the graphics Control Panel would get an update as well. It seems a bit sluggish even for modern PCs.

Especially compared to RTG's redesigned Crimson software. The Nvidia Control Panel is absolutely archaic.

I can't get the thing installed without runtime errors and blue-screens.

Well it would be nice if Crimson worked for older gen cards & not the single beta they gave us I mean, they could have at least given ONE WHQL for us before ditching us. But AMD dumped older gen dx11 (like me) ages ago. Everything from 7600's on down IIRC. Which for many users = ~4.5yrs or less of support. I haven't had an update since 7/2015 Meanwhile NV has drivers as of march for much older cards. IE, GTX 8800 in my old PC still has a WHQL driver from march2016. WOW. That card is from ~2006! ROFL. I don't spend any time in NV's control panel (or AMD's). So moot issue. I play games, not control panels
