    Not the first, nor the last crypto currency exchange to be victim of 'hackers' or more than likely an inside job.

    The loss will be shouldered/spread across all customer accounts:

    "After much thought, analysis, and consultation, we have arrived at the conclusion that losses must be generalized across all accounts and assets."
