Already have this one the ps4 since launch but have been looking for an excuse to get in on the PC now that I have 4k and a gtx1080.

Looks like the wallet will soon be opened once more

Goty includes expansions, while this just has FREE DLC's. That's not what I call GOTY.

Guess I'll wait for platinum or something...LOL

Why do you say this just has the DLC and not the expansions? I thought it would have both Blood and Wine and HEarts of Stone.

It doesn't say that; it's a GOTY edition, it will include the DLCs. They're confirming that it will include all free DLC and updates so far as well.

"With all the free DLC and updates the game received so far, including significant changes to the game's interface and mechanics"
Those are talking about the 16 free dlc, and all the patches the game received. It said nothing about the expansion packs which is NEW CONTENT right?. I guess if they did put them in there, £54.99 probably. A bit high for a game that old by the time it ships. But yeah, usually goty means everything released, yet they didn't mention the new content from expansions. I would have expected the word UPDATES to be swapped for CONTENT in their sentence.

Well, they've confirmed it includes the expansions.

The GOTY Edition includes the base game, of course, with the duo of expansion packs Hearts of Stone & Blood and Wine
