I would sincerely enjoy reading an in-depth interview with OCUK, it would help me to ease my tensions over this extra-ordinarily company which seemingly has 1 customer service agent.Originally Posted by David

5. How are the customer service agents motivated, and do you think they could be more helpful?
6. Do you feel more resources should be poured into after sales service, and better service in general?
7. Why do the technical department let the phone seemingly ring endlessly, before hanging up on you?
8. Do you think OCUK is able to improve?
Politely, that is what i think i would ask of them, as unless i hear that the company has improved i have vowed never to use their services again, the company is an utter shambles.
Maybe a interview with some leading person from MS about the new version of Longhorn and how it will change our use of PC's. Go on David, get Bill Gates on the phone![]()
I second that! But you wouldnt be able to resist Micro$oft could ya!

edit sorry forgot to quote, i was refering to the OCUK comment! when i said "i second that"
An interview with Acer would be excellent. I find them great
Anything on the news about Apple to use Intel chips from an insider view at the moment would be really interesting

i don't know it might happen that someone can get hold of parts extremely cheaply
your computer is similar to a fridge in that if it cannot keep a beer cold then it sucks
I would like an insight on ISP's like Nildram, Pipex, Plus and Bulldog. I added the latter so you can grill them about their total lack of CS
Nice questions to ask these would be about future speed revamps and the move towards ADSL2+, If any of these companies perform "packet shaping" on their networks and also question regarding total bandwidth usage and usage patterns.
I think after seeing this thread Link that we should be asking Tiscali why they dont want to let you migrate with out going through a rather long and very silly process. I can think of alot more questions i would like asked. If you want to know them then PM me and i will send them. i just would love to know why they think they offer a better service than any one else.
another good link to look at is http://www.whowantsmigration.me.uk/
I wouldn't mind looking into the world of hexus.net as a first point of call for this topical thread/section. Perhaps start with a bio on the original idea, famous quotes and then go into detail about the future and what you expect from the company and what you think we expect from you. Create a 'beta' if you like on yourselves and then use that and show it off to the forums, then we'll add questions that we want to see and then you can replicate it and do the hard bit and ask

p.s. would love to see one on OCUK after a while...(something like this) we started with the idea of offering a service, it didn't meet our forecast budgets so we stopped it altogether, then we reliased customers wanted something else again and so they appear to have stopped as well. good day.
dabs.com, they annoy me as their customer service is appauling
