Re: QOTW: Will you be buying an iPhone 7?
Na, I'll hang on to my Moto G until it breaks then replace it with the newest best value equivalent. Text, talk & basic internet access, that's all I need in a phone. I have therefore no need to spend a fortune and I certainly don't need to experience the heady euphoria that my daughter (and others) have in owning all things Apple.
Re: QOTW: Will you be buying an iPhone 7?
No I prefer my android phone, I haven't had an iPhone since the iPhone 2
Re: QOTW: Will you be buying an iPhone 7?
I'm as eager to buy the "new" iPhone 7 as I was to buy any previous incarnation. That is, not at all. I *was* going to write "not if my life depended on it" but tbh that would be a lie.
As always, it boggles the mind how Apple keeps roping them in.
Re: QOTW: Will you be buying an iPhone 7?
Strangely enough I am somewhat tempted to get an iphone 7 plus. I haven't seen the new phone from google yet thou so may end up with the bigger nexus or whatever it is called.
my 2 year contract ends in may and i currently have an LG G4 and hate having to wait for updates so will get either google phone or iphone.
Re: QOTW: Will you be buying an iPhone 7?
Absolutely not, I haven't even had my current phone for a year yet and I intend for it to last for as long as possible (and even then, the total including monthly tariff costs will likely still be less than the iPhone 7's cost to buy).
Re: QOTW: Will you be buying an iPhone 7?
I have never bought an iPhone, not about to break the habit.
Re: QOTW: Will you be buying an iPhone 7?
Hell no, not in this lifetime or the next
Re: QOTW: Will you be buying an iPhone 7?
Pref to stick to windows or android phones as long as they are less than £100. My needs are minimal, phone calls and text only.
I Only change phones when they break down.
Perhaps IF iPhone 8 OR 9 retails for less than £100 I might be tempted to get one, but I don't see that happening at all.
Re: QOTW: Will you be buying an iPhone 7?
God no. What an overpriced under achieving piece of crap!
Re: QOTW: Will you be buying an iPhone 7?
nope just got a s7 for £28 a month unlimited .unlimited and 2gb data
so seeing as my s3 lasted 5 yrs things are looking ok :)
Re: QOTW: Will you be buying an iPhone 7?
No, I will not be supporting closed ecosystems and the stifling of technological growth. Sorry.

Re: QOTW: Will you be buying an iPhone 7?
Thought about it, Still nothing to tempt me over the rip off prices we will have here in Australia.
Currently still on Note II, Before that it was iPhone 3GS. Was planning on Note 7 but no chance with what is going on with batteries.
Looks like I will hold out another gen for possibly an OLED iPhone 8 or S8/Note 8.
Huawei and Oppo are getting better and better who knows might be a complete change for me.
Specs I want in next phone, 5 inch screen OLED 1080p or 1440p, removable large capacity battery 4000mAh at least, micro sd card support, decent camera that can do 4k video/photos, wireless charging.
Also don't like being locked in to iOS ecosystem, Hate using iTunes just to copy a song over when any other phone I can just plug into pc and transfer like it's a USB stick.
Must admit I do like the return to gloss black on new iPhone, Reminds me of trusty old 3GS which served me well.
Re: QOTW: Will you be buying an iPhone 7?
Nope, haven't bought an iPhone yet, and I certainly wouldn't buy one stripped of analogue audio output.
Re: QOTW: Will you be buying an iPhone 7?
Never. My brother bought me an iPhone 4S Back in the day and it was quite possibly the most infuriating piece of hardware I've ever used. Never have I seen something made for the sake of inconveniencing the user in absurd ways.
I've always been anti-Apple because something about the company always made me wary. Using an actual Apple product confirmed my qualms. I'll never buy/receive an Apple product ever again.

Its the software i find infuriating ... constant nannying.
I have an ipad mini and its rarely used as everytime its picked up you get an itunes message or an icloud message or an update message. I just want to use it like NOW, not do a million other things Apple wants you to do first.
Build quality of the hardware is generally first class and battery life of anything Apple is also generally very good, its the damn infuriating software that i dislike.
Maybe they should offer the hardware (iphone 7) OS less and ley the user install Android or Windows on it, am sure they would shift a lot more hardware that way and that is what Apple have principally been, a hardware supplier.
