I was looking semi-seriously at a pair of the older EVGA Pascal Titan X hybrids, but these might be better for me. I would love to do a full custom loop - but as the parts get nicer and pricier I feel like it's putting more at risk and a harder approach to break in to as a newbie.

Still, 45deg under load sounds incredible for a plug-in solution.

EDIT: £480 is a bit much. That's a 100 quid premium on the 1070s as a whole, and an 80 quid premium on the EVGA cards
