JC3 on very high performing same on 2gb vram as 4gb vram...I wonder why? Oh i think i know - because it does not use 2gb on low, in fact the specs are taken out of no where and just like most "requirements" are complete bollocks.
Batman needs 2GB ? Nonsense... https://steamcommunity.com/app/20865...0681404351215/ People who have 1GB cards saying it performs as good as 2gb ones... Huh i wonder why?
I'm talking about real world performance not developer requirements. Ive never seen game use over 1.5 gb vram on lowest possible settings and you have not shown anything to prove otherwise.

JC3 as I've said, I've not got so can't say for sure on that.
As for Batman...have you watched that video? The FPS is GOD-AWFUL. Yes he can play it but is experiencing some gnarly slowdown. Or is your benchmark for playable meaning people can simply..run the game
My whole point of this is games will be swapping out of the VRAM, which causes slowdown. Having more VRAM would eliminate this slowdown as it's not an issue of grunt, it is simply that the textures need to be swapped out.
I'm honestly having a hard time understanding your problem with my argument. Textures require VRAM. Games are using bigger and bigger textures. Swapping out from VRAM causes slowdown simply because of that and not because of the card's power.
And I'm really having a hard time wondering why you think I would LIE ABOUT THIS. Christ on a bike.
