Considering who it's targetted at (designers) and how much it will likely cost in the UK, we all know it's going to be 1:1 at the very least, it's actually better value to buy a wacom cintiq 27qhd for around £1800 (never thought I'd say wacom is good value lol) and a small pc to go with it. Yes it's not as compact or well engineered but it will likely be considerably higher performance and cheaper.

yep, logitech did the NuLOOQ Navigator around 10 year ago. I bought it when it came out and it was a great little tool.... until logitech screwed us all over and stopped supporting it or updating it for newer software (ie latest version of photoshop) about a year later making it little more than a fancy paperweight. Lots of complaints in their forum but they just didn't want to know and just said buy a 3D connexion device from us instead....

3D connexion devices (got one of these too) can do a lot of what was shown too imo although they are more directed at 3D work than 2D like the NuLOOQ.

Not a big fan of Logitech marketing - AFAIK there's huge demand for their old Optical Wireless trackball for example but they won't consider producing it any more... instead they still make far inferior versions.

A small correction. There's no such thing as "Adobe sRGB". These are actually two distinct colour profiles, namely Adobe (RGB) and sRGB. The confusion, not just here but almost everywhere I've read about the Surface Studio, probably stems from the missing comma, which the marketing dept. at Microsoft probably didn't include since the other specs already are comma-delimited.

Actually it is a pretty good deal.
The other option is to get wacom 27" that cost like 2800$ and you also need a computer and it is not 4K.

As a creative pro I could buy it, but as always with the AIO, if the time to upgrade come at a later time you have to trash the monitor too.

I will consider it next year however, I'm sure I will replace at least one of the systems in the office with this one.

I want this as a stand-alone monitor. With the hinge, pen and touch support, individual calibration, and preferably USB ports intact. Not to mention a few inputs - at least DP and USB-C. HDMI would be nice, but HDMI 2.0 is still far from supporting this resolution at 60Hz. Also, FreeSync? Please? But that's not really important. Surface Studio Monitor? Yes please.
