'Hump' or ugh 'Wart'? Why not 'Tumour' or 'Blob'? Can't you think of something a bit more palatable & techy?

    Hmm. I can't.

I think wart works fine, the thing does look like an ugly growth out the back of the laptop, no matter how useful that growth may be!

My god that is an engineering monstrosity.... there are so many more compact designs they could have come up with.
They could have used a 'tube' with air blowing from one side to the other with a coil with fins taking the water down the tube..

At that size I may as well just get/take a small form factor pc and a screen....

Am I understanding correctly? 10.4kg, for the whole thing... I mean, at that weight it's almost as convenient to stick your PC in a suitcase and cart that around instead - monitor and all.

I predict they'll sell absolutely none of these. Zero. And anyone who does buy it has more money than sense.

Going to need leg extensions to fit that on my lap, and a lobotomy to even consider buying it..

Full length GPU in SFF... I remember my Shuttle LAN party setup with fondness... even more so considering the wedge you'll have to find for this beast.

"Asus ROG hasn't published pricing and availability details" <-- too right... I'd say it's north of £3k.

I still haven't figured out who actually buys these things. I mean, who is the target demographic for this?

If it's like the last one, the liquid cooling unit detaches. You have a normal laptop for non-4k gaming and portable use, and you leave the liquid cooling base station at home.
