True - I was using ARM 250 in my desktop around 20 years ago, and a few years later a StrongARM in a RiscPC...

Part of me wonders how long this will last.
Windows NT was written originally on MIPS, ported to 386, then Power PC, DEC Alpha and Itanium. Mobile windows has been run on just about everything. Those non x86 ports pretty much all died off quite quickly.
I would love this to work, the PC industry needs some non x86 competition in the consumer space, Windows could do with being able to use all that Android centric hardware out there. History says Microsoft's heart won't be in it though.
