Everything a Macbook Pro should be.
Slim the old bezels down and this would kick XPS butt.
Like for like spec bar the GPU being a 1060 instead of a 1050 will cost £500 more than the Dell offering. £200 more I could understand, £500 they are having a laugh.
I just paid £1,788 for the Dell XPS 15 2017 with UHD panel, 16gb RAM & a 512gb SSD with 3 years onsite warranty.

As above I love the laptop but hate the price. I know you pay extra for the portability etc. and I understand there are people who spend a lot of time away from home that would benefit from this type of gaming machine, but I can never stop myself from comparing the specs to what you could get in a desktop for the same price, and it always puts me off because it just seems a bit excessive.
i hate how much they charge for this laptop. For its price you could get a laptop with a 1070 inside of it instead. Sure its not gonna have all the bells and wistles (SSD's and crap) but its GPU will blow this thing out of the water.
I'm looking at either this or the Surface Book 2 when it emerges. I've never bought a laptop, so I'm going to treat myself
Razer will struggle to compete with Dell at those prices.
It looks very good but I believe the price is too high for what it offers
