The last graphics card I owed was a Sapphire Radeon 7850. My current desktop does not have a discreet GPU. I instead got a gaming capable laptop that has a GTX 970M.

Seems to do the job just fine for my 1080p gaming setup.

sadly the 290 isnt part of the regular graphicscard review charts any more, and i dont know what the rebrand is called. but i dont really have much reason to upgrade atm anyway.

I have a 5870 1GB Ati and would like a nice new Vega/Volta to replace it!! I wonder if I am running the oldest card here?

I was given this card by a friend when he upgraded his GPU many years ago.

Dude even RX 580 would be a big monster upgrade from what you have
I still have that card and just going from it to HD 7870 was huge upgrade in framerate I'm current saving up for RX 580 I think Vega is going be price to high.

I love this correction. A bit of a mouthful but great.

By the way, Radeon 5750 in my old desktop, which isn't used much. HTPC is the only PC to get real upgrades (although the desktop did get the 2TB drive from the HTPC once that got upgraded to 4TB).
