Believe it or not, it's a HDD. A Maxtor 250GB jobby, been plugged in and running in my PC for 10 years now. After that, it's the PSU at about 7 years.

Lian Li PC-A70B Case, now with it's 4th system and lot of mods over the years.
I will keep it for the 5th system, probably a Ryzen or Threadripper I will
decide it when the Threadripper are released.

Creative X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Pro; still works a treat. I modded the op-amps when I bought it and it sounds great. It must be coming up to 10 years old now.

Re: QOTW: Which is your longest serving PC component?

I have a Core2Duo with motherboard and RAM sitting in the loft awaiting the time I need a spare. It was last pressed into service for a while, last December, when my Z77 board gave up. A couple of years ago my Beyerdynamic DT800 Studio headphones finally expired, after nearly 30 years use!

Re: QOTW: Which is your longest serving PC component?

At first I thought probably my Microsoft Natural Elite 4000 keyboard or my Sapphire Radeon HD6950 2GiB, but then I remembered that my Dell 2407WFP (Rev A04 I think from memory) has been going since 2006 or thereabouts and is still going strong today.

Hoping to replace the graphics card with an RX Vega card in August and replace the monitor sometime in the next year with an HDR FreeSync monitor of some kind.

Re: QOTW: Which is your longest serving PC component?

Unlike most people here, I'll actually have to say a set of core components: my Core2Quad Q9450, Asus Rampage Formula X48 and Corsair Dominator DDR2-1066 served me very well as a main rig up until about a week and a half ago. Replaced now by a Ryzen 5 1600X and friends, but I'm looking for a way to repurpose the old parts - they're still working fine, even with a 32% overclock running for the last two years. Bought in 2008, replaced in 2017. A month short of nine years. That's good value

Sony Optiarc DVD-RW. Had it some years now (must be around 10 or more) but can't seem to find the will to bin it. It still works great and cost peanuts when I got it
