Presumably that Intel are seriously scared of Naples given that for petty much the first time ever they have named a competitor.

It isn't even right as Ryzen is clearly a server processor re purposed fr the desktop, hence the large core counts, low clocks, and great power efficiency.

Ah, so you referenced the Intel Slide as a joke at Intel because AMD is developing a strong ecosystem?

Might be worth expanding on your jokes in the future as it just looked like you were slating AMD (if that isn't the case).

For me the AGESA 1.0.0.6 update is more interesting for me thanks to the IOMMU fixes, makes GPU passthrough feasible on the platform without dirty kernel hacks.

Um... seemed like a perfectly reasonable post to me, not sure what you read into it, but maybe chill out a bit?

    1. does not work well. i now get freezes during almost anything. 2. not sure if its the update or bad raid drivers that are causing my freezing. 3. i stress tested the ram and power supply and they all passed with flying colors.

So what kind of guides are there for DDR4 AMD memory tuning? I remember an excellent one Anandtech put together for DDR3 that really helped me optimise my current setup.

Lack of Ecosystem? Really Intel want us to change sockets every year or two, AMD are letting us reuse AM4 for at least 3 generations, now that is a low blow Intel.
