    R5 1600X yielding a better FireStrike physics score than 8600K at 5.1GHz? Ho hum. Shame it doesn't translate into anything real.

    FireStrike physics is well threaded, so yeah, 6C/12T is always likely to best a 6C/6T, even with the IPC and clock speed advantage...
