I briefly had my hopes up for this monitor and then I read the two most dreaded characters with regard to monitors, TN. Further curbed my enthusiasm by reading FHD. And then, just to rub in the salt, it says "8-bit panel".

TBH, 8-bit colour for a TN panel is the new definition of "pearls before swine". Wouldn't be surprised if it's actually some 6-bit + FRC tech.

There are some actual 8 bit TN panels out there AFAIK.

Its probably the same AU Optronics 27" panel used in the Asus ROG Swift PG278Q:

    Edit!!

It does seem the panel is made by AU Optronics but with a 240HZ module:

Full HD was a joke when they forced it on the PCs, in 2018 its just a WTF...

I have a 23" FHD monitor, I wish it was QHD, so why would I want a bigger monitor in FHD? I wouldn't

If you only play games on it then it's not too bad, specially if you are a bit further back, but for anything else I agree. At this size I'd want 1440p minimum (obviously not going to get that refresh rate though)
