How can something that doesn't have a confirmed release date be delayed?

Either way, it's a rubbishrubbishrubbishrubbish feature implemented in the ugliest way possible (in typical Microsoft fashion)
If you actually read into the timeline feature, you would know that it allows you to resume some of your work (Office apps, open websites) from desktop to iPhone, Android...Quote:

Windows 10 1803 has not been released yet and Windows Central is no Microsoft, as much as we all know it is delayed beyond expectations, you can't actually say it is delayed because there is nothing saying they would definitely release it when was expected and the comment they made about a couple of weeks again means nothing because it could be hours, days, weeks or even a month, we don't know, we just expect/hope they will have all hands on deck so that they do not look silly releasing an 1803 build in 1805 :P
